龙威公司企业文化建立与运行机制研究

摘    要
 在市场经济中，企业要想发展并在竞争中立于不败之地，除了资金、技术等因素外。还必须高度重视企业文化建设，充分发挥企业文化在市场竞争中的作用。本文以作者所在实习单位——河北龙威交通工程有限公司（以下简称龙威公司）为研究对象，运用国内外企业文化建立与实施方面的相关理论，深入分析龙威公司在自身企业文化管理方面所取得的成绩和不足。并根据龙威公司在自身企业文化建立与宣传方面的个性特点，以“以人为本”科学发展观为出发点，有针对性的提出龙威公司在企业文化管理方面的建议。进一步明确公司的核心价值观；重新定位公司的经营理念；加强公司的外在形象的建设等。

A study on Corporate Culture and Operating mechanism of Traffic Engineering Co., Ltd. Hebei Long Wei
Abstract
