The Relationship Of The Listed Company Between Equity Incentive And Performance——Based On Small And Medium-sized Listed Enterprises
Abstract
Studying the relationship between equity incentives and corporate performance is one of the hot issues in recent years at home and abroad , but there are great differences in the results. In these background conditions,the in-depth study of equity incentive effect of the listed companies is very meaningful after equity division era . The overall objective of this study is the relationship between equity incentives and corporate performance of listed SMEs,which is equity incentives of listed SMEs in China's actually play what—role and whether it can serve the purpose to improve corporate performance. The main content of the study includes the theoretical basis and the intrinsic relationship between equity incentives and company performance , empirical analysis relationship of equity incentive and performance of listed SMEs’ in China ,the evolution of listed companies in the equity incentive system, research findings, policy recommendations and limitations. Through empirical analysis, we can come to the conclusion of a significant positive correlation between the equity incentive and performance of listed SMEs.At the same time,we point out where the problems of the equity incentives exist combining the current developing situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and then give the incentive stock options relevant policy recommendations.
