摘要

在市场快速发展的过程中，竞争力度更加激烈，经济活动节奏也逐渐变快，人们对产品的要求也越来越多性化，导致产品种类迅速增长，但是产品的寿命却也逐渐减少，间接的推动了物流企业的改革。生产制造业针对事务与非核心业务进行压缩，把它们外包给擅长这一领域的企业去完成，让自身企业对于核心业务进行全身心的投入，通过专业化的分工，以更加廉价的成本换取更加灵活、有效的技术。

本文通过阐述企业物流外包风险管理的相关理论，来分析了目前我国物流外包的发展现状，其中包括物流外包的风险及风险管理。以格力家电为研究对象，分析格力家电物流外包风险识别与评估，针对风险提出格力家电物流外包风险管理策略与措施，为格力家电的发展出谋划策。

ABSTRACT

As market competition intensifies, the accelerated pace of economic activity, consumer demand for increasingly personalized, people are increasingly demanding products, so that product life cycles are significantly reduced, the rapid expansion of the number of kinds of products, thus triggering the Logistics Model great changes. Manufacturing enterprises to non-core business and affairs should be further compressed, non-core business or outsource to specialize in the work of the professional company to do to make themselves more focused on core business development, the use of specialized division of labor, more low price, the more professional and flexible service.

This paper describes the theory of logistics outsourcing risk management to analyze the current situation of our country logistics outsourcing, including logistics outsourcing risk and risk management.
