The 21st century market economy develops increasingly fierce, the management ability of the enterprise decides the position of the enterprise. In a sense, employee behavior determines the development of enterprises, and worker motivation is an important factor affecting employee behavior. Fortunately, many enterprises nowadays pay more and more attention to the role of workers' incentives. Worker incentives can lay a solid foundation for the normal development of enterprises. Human behavior can be controlled, the enterprise can use psychological method to control the behavior of employees, motivation is a very good method, but many enterprise incentive mechanism is not reasonable, such as incentives in the form of a single, unreasonable compensation design, training system is imperfect, and so on.
