摘要

21世纪市场经济发展日益激烈，企业的管理能力决定企业的地位。在某种意义上，员工的行为决定着企业的发展，而工人激励就是影响员工行为的一个重要因素。好在当今许多企业都越来越重视工人激励发挥的作用，工人激励可以为企业正常发展打下结实的基础。人类的行为可以控制，企业可以借助心理的方法来控制员工的行为，激励就是一个很好的方法，但许多企业的激励机制存在不合理性，例如激励的形式单一、薪酬设计不合理、培训体系不完善等。本文主要研究双因素理论下的工人激励，讨论优利德企业工人激励的方法，发现优利德企业同样存在上述问题，为了解决这些问题，本文对优利德企业的激励方式进行深入分析，从而寻找适合优利德企业的激励方式。

Abstracts

The 21st century market economy develops increasingly fierce, the management ability of the enterprise decides the position of the enterprise. In a sense, employee behavior determines the development of enterprises, and worker motivation is an important factor affecting employee behavior. Fortunately, many enterprises nowadays pay more and more attention to the role of workers' incentives. Worker incentives can lay a solid foundation for the normal development of enterprises. Human behavior can be controlled, the enterprise can use psychological method to control the behavior of employees, motivation is a very good method, but many enterprise incentive mechanism is not reasonable, such as incentives in the form of a single, unreasonable compensation design, training system is imperfect, and so on. Two-factor theory in this paper, we study the incentives for workers, discuss the unity's enterprise workers incentive method, found that high interest, enterprise also the above problems, in order to solve these problems, in this paper, the unity, enterprise, analyzing the incentives to find suitable for high interest, the incentives of the enterprise.
