This paper based on theory of enterprise culture and enterprise competitiveness, use the example of enterprise culture to study the relationship between the enterprise culture construction and enterprise core competitiveness.
Since the reform and opening up of China’s Administrative, especially into 21 century, our economy have been developed quickly, the GDP of the world’s large economies rank has also risen from 7 to 2. During the development of economy, many enterprises have played a very important role. However, many enterprises have also started to polarized tendency, some develop rapidly and been much stronger, such as JOYOUNG Co., LTD. Some enterprises are short-lived and tend to decline after a brief boom, or become a “small tree type” enterprise—gradually lose its vitality, develop stagnation and struggle failed. The enterprises want to be lasting, it needs the professional management team, namely the modern enterprise culture concept, form a strong core competitiveness. Firstly, the paper introduces the enterprise culture and core competitiveness concept. Secondly, with the actually culture of the YOYOUNG Co., LTD., discusses the relationship between the enterprise culture construction and core competitiveness.
