College students as a special consumer groups, consumption concept and consumption lag between the strength of their consumption contradiction makes presents different characteristics and trends. Their balance and economic consciousness of different levels reflect their real life and self evaluation level, so the correct understanding of College Students' consumption status the development of consumer education countermeasures is very necessary. In this paper, on the basis of the contemporary college students' online consumption behavior of a representative survey, according to the analysis of the survey results, put forward the Countermeasures of College Students' online consumer behavior.
