Thinking on the business strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises under the new economic conditions
Abstract
【ABSTRACT】The strategic positioning of enterprises is the foundation of enterprise development. A good marketing strategy can serve as a guiding role for enterprises in the key moment of production decision. Especially in the new economic environment, there exist many problems in the construction of small and medium-sized enterprise management strategy, including strategic positioning is not accurate, business strategy lack of considering the financing problems, the internal control construction work does not reach the designated position and lack of innovation management strategy. To solve these problems, the small and medium-sized enterprises should adjust the strategic positioning and business strategy, break the financing problems caused by the limited situation, to strengthen the construction of internal control and pay attention to the management strategy of reform and innovation, so as to promote enterprise long-term sustainable development.
