Performance appraisal is an effective human resource management model in human resource management, which is widely used in various industries. Due to the particularity characteristic of Construction enterprises, resulting in many construction enterprises still can not be separated from the traditional staff management, led to the performance management system did not play its true role in the enterprise. The main problem is the understanding of the performance appraisal is not clear ,and assessment standards and the implementation process exists many defects, so the best solution to solve these problems, need us to constantly improve the performance appraisal system, strengthen enterprise staff's participation and the abilities of t human resources department when they make policy .as far as possible the disadvantages in traditional management mode of exclusion, through a multi pronged approach, make performance appraisal management system to adapt to the company's own development, make the management more scientific and orderly, and continue to promote the common progress of enterprises and individuals.
