With the rapid development of China's market economy, talent has become an important factor in the competition of state-owned enterprises. As an important part of human resource management, training plays an important role in improving the skills and quality of employees, and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. So state-owned enterprises through training to meet their needs in the relevant personnel. However ,there are some problems: less attention to training,lack of input in training ,lack of potency dimension ,training needs are not clear enough, training evaluation system is not perfect and so on. That result in a relatively backward level. Seriously restricted the development of state-owned enterprises. It is important to improve these problems. To these problems ,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively carry out the training of employees in state-owned enterprises ,like getting rid of the shackles of staff training system obstacles,strengthening the awareness of staff training,carrying out various forms of employee training,building a perfect employee training system.Hoping that these suggestions can help the state-owned enterprise staff training to improve reference.
