With increasing fierce competition, foreign supermarket chains adopted unified procurement and unified distribution to reduce costs, which depends on the establishment of a supermarket logistics information system. In the modern managements, we must pay attention to construct a logistics system with the standard operation, fast, efficient and scientific characteristics for a supermarket chain. Based on the marketing theories and customer value theories, we should abandon the traditional marketing concepts to provide customers with efficient quality services. So, the consumers can take shortest time to purchase high-quantity goods with the lowest price. We should improve the status of the traditional retail businesses (i.e., small scale, narrow business scope) through expanding the size of the monomer, building large supermarkets, enlarging the width and depth of supermarket goods as well as providing the high quality and low price products.
