内容摘要

白茶是我国的特种茶，六大茶类中的一颗璀璨明珠，我国是白茶的惟一产地。福鼎白茶在历史的发展进程中，所形成的独特的产地（区域）、品种、制作工艺和深厚的文化底蕴是其他茶区无法比拟的，也是福鼎白茶的优势所在，素有“世界白茶在中国，中国白茶在福鼎”之誉。白茶产业作为福鼎经济中的重要支柱产业，了解其核心竞争力，使其快速健康发展对于福鼎的建设具有深远意义。本文主要阐述福鼎白茶股份有限公司企业核心竞争力培养研究。

Abstract

White tea is a special kind of tea in China, one of the six major categories of tea is a bright pearl, China is the only source of white tea. In the course of historical development, the unique origin (region), varieties, production technology and profound cultural background of Fuding white tea are incomparable to other tea areas, and are also the advantages of Fuding white tea, known as "world white tea in China, China white tea in Fuding" reputation. White tea industry as an important pillar industry in the Fuding economy, to understand its core competitiveness, so that its rapid and healthy development for the construction of Fuding has far-reaching significance.
