我国政府门户网站建设的现状及对策研究

摘 要

 当人类进入21世纪的时候，联合国把推进发展中国家政府信息化作为重中之重，希望通过信息技术的运用来改进政府组织，重组公共管理，最终实现办公自动化和信息资源共享。中国作为最大的发展中国家，能否抓住这个千载难逢的发展契机，吸收和借鉴世界最先进的科学技术成果，不断发展和提高自身的综合国力，将最终决定着中国在未来国际社会的地位和作用。政府门户网站的建设作为一项开拓性工作,没有现成的经验可作参考。要保证这样一个庞大而又复杂系统的有效运转，必须要有各级领导的高度重视和支持，要有各业务部门的通力配合，形成上下互动、横向联动、合作共建的工作局面，才能确保网站建设成功。

 Abstract
