摘要

 随着城市生活节奏的加快，居民收入水平的提高，社会上对餐饮企业的需求水平日趋增高，质优价廉高效率的餐饮酒店必将受到广大居民的欢迎。我国著名的科学家钱学森先生就曾经提出，只有大力加强餐饮企业的管理质量，来满足广大群众的饮食需要，加快家务劳动社会化的步伐，促进我国经济的发展。事实上，我国各地已有许多饭店和各类餐饮企业，通过完善酒店经营管理模式如酒店硬件设施和制定严格的餐饮管理机制从而使自身获得了良好的经济效益。发展的无可推卸的社会责任。
 本文通过对现代餐饮企业经营管理相关内涵、理念的阐述，回顾我国餐饮管理模式的发展与变革，分析中国餐饮管理模式现状和存在的主要问题，借鉴各省市等餐饮管理经营模式的成功经验，再结合笔者对餐饮经营管理实践经验，较有针对性的提出了关于发展我国餐饮管理模式的对策探讨。
