云计算行业中小企业经营管理中存在的问题及对策研究

摘  要：纵观云计算行业发展历程，目前已处于爆发式增长阶段，并为企业带来新增的赢利点，降低了成本，是IT行业发展的一大趋势，然而该行业毕竟是新兴行业，既是机遇，也是挑战。

本文探讨了云计算行业中，中小企业经营管理中存在的问题及对策研究。首先,本文介绍了目前云计算行业在中小企业经营管理中的现状，然后重点描述当前企业存在的问题，最后根据目前存在的问题思考对策并进行相应研究探讨。从而使该行业发挥巨大的价值，带动更多企业发展，实现规模化效益，将云计算行业进军传统行业深水区。

Problems and Countermeasures in the management of small and medium enterprises in the cloud computing industry

Abstract:  Throughout the development process of cloud computing industry, it has been in the stage of explosive growth, bringing new profit points for enterprises and reducing costs, which is a major trend in the development of IT industry. However, this industry is an emerging industry after all, it is both an opportunity and a challenge. 

This paper discusses the problems and Countermeasures in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises in the cloud computing industry. Firstly, this paper introduces the current status of cloud computing industry in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises, and then focuses on describing the current problems of enterprises, and finally, according to the existing problems of thinking and corresponding research. So that the industry can play a huge value, drive more enterprises to develop, achieve large-scale benefits, the cloud computing industry into the traditional industry deepwater area.
