摘要

    2001年我国进入WTO以来，经济快速发展，对中小民营企业来说既是机遇又是挑战。提升中小民营企业的核心竞争力就是提升我国的经济实力。 本文终点通过民营企业的核心竞争力理论分析，对飞达有限公司的核心竞争力进行了个案分析研究。全面探讨义乌飞达有限公司为代表的中小名营企业在核心竞争力方面所存在的问题，设计调查问卷，收集数据，分析数据，并就核心竞争力提出建设性的意见。研究企业的核心竞争力是企业战略管理的需要，也有助于我国的核心竞争力方面的研究。

ABSTRACT

     Since China's entry into the WTO, the rapid development of economy is continuously, in which private enterprises play a very role. At present, the development of the private enterprises have received the masses of the people's attention. Enterprise's core competitive ability is the fundamental enterprise development. Enhancing core competitiveness of private enterprises is to improve our country's economic strength.

    In this paper, the finish by theoretical analysis, the core competitiveness of private enterprises in the logistics co., LTD., the core competitiveness of case analysis and research. A full analysis of yiwu feida co., LTD., in the aspect of core competitive power, the problems, design questionnaires, collect data, analyze data, and puts forward constructive Suggestions on the core competitiveness.

   In this paper, the research has important theoretical and practical significance. Preparation for the wto for our country enterprise, enhance China's international status, realize the sustainable development of our country, at the same time realize the long-term development of private enterprises in China. Research the needs of the enterprise's core competitive ability is the enterprise strategic management, also contribute to our country's core competitiveness.
